Sahmura has been a major contributor to my body transformation. Let me start by saying I was the fat kid – the one other kids tagged during recess because they knew I couldn’t catch them. I then grew up into an overweight adult. But three years ago I committed to a lifestyle change incorporating healthy, clean eating including personal training sessions with Sahmura. Since then I’ve lost 30 pounds and never felt better or stronger. Sahmura motivates me to dig deeper, push harder, and not give up. I love the combination of cardio and weight bearing exercises. Sahmura is committed to educating, mentoring and coaching a healthy lifestyle and that passion comes through during every one of our personal training sessions. She clearly puts a lot of time into designing our sessions and they are tailored to meet my needs and my level of performance.
